National University Harmony Academy provides social-emotional learning resources and programs to schools across the country. They help students develop healthy relationships, emotional intelligence, and the skills they need to succeed both academically and personally. With a presence in over 45,000 schools and an impact on more than 11.5 million students, Harmony Academy is committed to expanding their reach and making SEL accessible to even more educators, students, and families nationwide.

The Problem

Harmony Academy had built something that worked. Teachers used it. Students benefited from it. But growth had stalled.

User retention was slipping. New sign-ups weren't coming in fast enough. And the brand was split across two names—Harmony SEL and Inspire Leading in Learning—which meant educators didn't know what to call them, let alone how to find them.

They had the reach. They had the impact. What they didn't have was visibility. In a crowded ed-tech landscape, even the best programs get lost in the noise.

Our Solution

We built a strategy that put Harmony Academy in front of the people who needed them most.

First, we refreshed their visual identity. New features deserved assets that reflected the energy and value of the platform.

Then we focused on acquisition. We ran targeted paid campaigns to reach teachers, administrators, and parents. We created high-converting landing pages designed to turn interest into action. We gated valuable content to capture qualified leads and built pathways that made signing up simple.

To keep users engaged, we developed email nurture sequences and remarketing campaigns. We brought back lapsed users with relevant content and ensured active users stayed connected to what was new.

We tracked everything. User activity, traffic sources, engagement patterns. The data told us what was working and where to double down.

Finally, we helped guide the rebrand from two separate programs into one unified identity: Harmony Academy. One brand, one mission, one clear message.
