VolunteerMatch partners with businesses to provide tools and services that support corporate social responsibility initiatives, helping companies, brands, campuses, and governments manage their volunteer programs effectively.
VolunteerMatch needed to expand their reach in the corporate social responsibility space. More businesses were prioritizing social impact, but VolunteerMatch wasn't capturing their attention.
Their social media presence needed a refresh. Engagement across their four platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) was stagnant. They weren't reaching the three audiences that mattered most: nonprofits looking for volunteers, individuals ready to give their time, and CSR partners searching for solutions.
They had the network. They had the tools. What they needed was a strategy that would turn awareness into partnerships and drive volunteer recruitment at scale.
We started with the foundation: a complete social media overhaul.
We built a strategy around their four platforms with optimized posting times, targeted hashtags, content themes that resonated, and ongoing reporting and analysis. Every post had a purpose. Every metric got tracked.
Then we launched #GetThatGrin: a volunteer recruitment campaign designed to capture attention and drive action. We created bright, bold graphics and videos that made volunteering feel exciting, not obligatory. The campaign ran across social media, email, paid advertising, and custom landing pages.
We didn't set it and forget it. We tracked performance throughout, adjusting our approach based on what was working and doubling down where we saw traction.
